Daniel McFarlane was born in Houston, Texas, where he currently lives and works. He holds an MFA in painting in drawing from the University of Florida where he was an Alumni Fellow. He recently completed a 9-month artist residency at Lawndale Art Center in 2010-11. McFarlane’s paintings have been exhibited nationally and featured in New American Paintings artist book and blog. He is represented by Barbara Davis Gallery.
